Corporate Outsourcing

Corporate outsourcing is a phenomenon that has been happening since a long time ago. This method is mostly applied by companies that need extra manpower specialized in different areas of work that cannot cover for themselves.
Examples of outsourcing:
- "Toys R us" needs a huge number of manpower in order to manufacture toys.
- "E.F." needs a company to install and fix electronic devices like computers, televisions, printers, sound speakers, and more.
- "Macy's" needs a company to
Is important to know that when a company outsources another one they work together, however they do not make part of the company who hires them.

Outsourcing in general seems to be a very good option, but if we emphasise in how does it work we will notice some glitches that may be unrepairable at this time.
The companies that are interested in outsourcing usually hire companies without regulations, which means that the exploitation of the manpower is the source of the outsourcing. This is very common in countries like China, Taiwan, and India.

We have know what is going on. Outsourcing is a choice we have to make very carefully. Before outsourcing a company, we have to make sure that they follow the law, otherwise we will be supporting a massive manpower exploitation.

Keep your conscience clean. Think twice before outsourcing.

3-28-14

My name is Krizia Ferriello, I'm 18 years old, and I'm from Venezuela. I come from a big town called Caracas, which is the capital of my country. I love everything about literature, music, and outdoors. I came to California because I feel completely identified with this place, and the tropical weather makes everything better.

I decided to make this amazing journey with EF because, besides of learning English, I also expected to learn how to be more independent, and now that I have 7 months living here, I think my expectations became part of the reality. I've changed a lot, and I'm very proud of it. The area of my English language knowledge I'm most proud of is my fluent speaking. I think I've been improving a lot since I arrived.

At this point I can't say there's a specific area I need to improve the most, but I'm pretty sure that I need to polish all of them. English connects the whole world through one language. I don't have a specific goal that dragged me to learn English, but I know that I will need it to reach most of them.

It would be cool to stay here and study in SBCC. It would also be cool to travel all around California and learn about the different lifestyles that the Golden State provides you.
I would definitely love to get a degree in Music Business and open a culture center where you can be able to experience concerts, interviews, lectures, and more. That's my dream life I'm working for. California here I come!
